Junior was awesome. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He explained in detail what the installation would entail and kept me updated throughout the process. He answered my questions and provided his contact information in case I had any concerns after he left. I am impressed with internet speed and my TV reception has improved . I strongly recommend WYYERD for your WIFi needs.

Rolando was fantastic in setting up our new WiFi service. Professional, courteous, very knowledgeable. Helped me set up the app and walked me through renaming the network. So glad I went with Wyyerd. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Rolando!

Miguel installed my internet and made the whole experience exceptionally smooth. He arrived early, was genuinely friendly, and he happily putting on shoe covers at my request, which I really appreciated. It was clear from the start that he was both knowledgeable and experienced. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the billing cycle so that I would know what to expect, and stayed until everything was confirmed to be working properly. I would recommend Wyyerd without hesitation, but I'd go a step further and specifically request Miguel as your installer. I've never had such a seamless, professional in-home service experience.

Excellent wifi service and Excellent customer service. Great friendly attitude and attention to detail. Lost internet from my router on a Saturday afternoon, called Wyyerd for service. A technician (Jose) came over immediately and checked everything. Turned out it was a problem with the router. He installed a new one and BINGO! BACK IN THE GAME BABY!
